Tagliatelle au gratin with chicken and mozzarella

  • 120g Monte Banato artisanal tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 boneless chicken breast from Fragedo
  • 2 boneless and skinless chicken thighs from Fragedo
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200ml sour cream
  • 50ml tomato sauce
  • 100g mozzarella
  • shaved parmesan
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 butter cube

Step 1: Cut the chicken meat into little pieces and fry it in an oiled pan.
Step 2: Add the onion and garlic and let it cook on low heat.
Step 3: Add the sour cream and tomato sauce and let it simmer.
Step 4: Boil the tagliatelle pasta as said on the package.
Step 5: Place the cooked pasta into an oven-safe dish and pour the chicken sauce over it.
Step 6: Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
Step 7: Bake at 185℃ for 20 minutes.
Step 8: Serve on a plate and enjoy!
