Tagliatelle pasta with chanterelle mushrooms

  • 200g Monte Banato tagliatelle pasta
  • 300g butter
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 200g chanterelle mushrooms
  • 200ml cooking cream
  • 100g parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • chopped parsley

Step 1: Boil the pasta.
Step 2: Melt the butter in a pan and cook the onion and garlic.
Step 3: Add the Chanterelle mushrooms and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Step 4: Add the cooking cream and shaved Parmesan.
Step 5: Strain the pasta and mix it with the sauce.
Step 6: Serve on a plate and top with fresh parsley.
