Elbow pasta with vanilla and cinnamon sauce

  • 300g Monte Banato elbow pasta
  • 700ml milk
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flakes
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone
  • 1 tablespoon roasted walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon shaved dark chocolate

Step 1: Boil the milk on low heat along with brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla flakes.
Step 2: After the mix has been combined, add the elbow pasta and mascarpone to the pot, mix and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Step 3: Serve on a plate and top with walnuts, cinnamon and shaved chocolate.
