Penne with tomatoes and feta cheese

  • 250g Monte Banato penne pasta
  • 500g cherry tomatoes
  • 300g feta cheese
  • olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper

Step 1: In an oven-safe ceramic dish add the whole tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil.
Step 2: Place the feta cheese in the center of the dish and add olive oil and oregano on top of it.
Step 3: Add the whole garlic cloves to the composition.
Step 4: Place the dish in the oven and cook for 40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 5: In the meantime, boil the pasta.
Step 6: After 40 minutes, turn off the oven and mix the baked ingredients until a paste forms.
Step 7: Add the cooked and strained pasta to the tomato and feta paste and mix.
Step 8: Serve on a plate and enjoy!
