Shrimp tagliatelle

  • 200g Monte Banato tagliatelle pasta
  • 200g shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon paprika paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Step 1: Boil the pasta.
Step 2: Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili flakes.
Step 3: In a pan, add the olive oil and start cooking the onion and the garlic.
Step 4: Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan.
Step 5: In a bowl, start making the sauce by mixing the sour cream, mayonnaise and paprika paste.
Step 6: Strain the cooked pasta, add it to the pan and mix it with the sauce.
Step 7: Serve on a plate and top with fresh parsley.
