Shell pasta with pumpkin, spinach and walnuts

  • 400g Monte Banato shell pasta
  • olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 300g pumpkin
  • 300ml vegetable soup
  • 300ml cooking cream
  • 300g spinach
  • roasted walnuts
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Step 1: Cook the chopped garlic in a pan with olive oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Step 2: Add the pumpkin squares and vegetable soup to the pan and let it boil.
Step 3: Blend the composition and add the cooking cream, spinach and shaved Parmesan.
Step 4: Add the boiled pasta to the composition and mix until well combined.
Step 5: Serve in a pan with roasted walnuts on top.
