Pasta with pistachio sauce, honey and pomegranate

  • 300g Monte Banato curl dessert pasta
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 150g chopped pistachio
  • 250ml cooking cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 50g honey
  • pomegranate

Step 1: Boil the Monte Banato curl dessert pasta.
Step 2: In the meantime, start preparing the sauce by melting the coconut oil.
Step 3: Add the pistachio, cooking cream and honey and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix.
Step 5: Serve on a plate and top with pistachio, pomegranate and honey.
