Chicken drumsticks and spaghetti with tomato sauce

  • 120g Monte Banato durum wheat spaghetti pasta
  • 4 inferior chicken thighs with skin from Fragedo
  • 1 medium onion
  • 200ml tomato sauce
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 4-6 champignon mushrooms
  • olive oil
  • fresh parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Step 1: Cut the onion, garlic and mushrooms into small pieces and cook them in a pan with a little bit of olive oil.
Step 2: Add the chicken drumsticks and fry them for 2 minutes on every side.
Step 3: Pour the tomato sauce over, season with salt and pepper and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
Step 4: In the meantime, boil the pasta as said on the package.
Step 5: Add the strained spaghetti to the pan and mix.
Step 6: Serve the pasta on a plate and top with 2 drumsticks, shaved parmesan and chopped fresh parsley.
